Rocky is a very strong crane who can pick up other engines, but is also a gentle giant who wants to be everyone's best friend. He can do all the big jobs that Harvey can't, like lifting derailed engines back onto the tracks. Rocky has no engine and relies on other engines to pull him to where he is needed. This unique three-part engine has 'Gentle Giant' character traits. As seen in the "Edward Strikes Out" story.
